Mashed Potatoes for 25
18 large Russet Potatoes (14 pounds)
3Tbls. Salt
3 Sticks Butter (1 ½ cups)
3 cups Milk
Fill pot with water, add potatoes and boil until soft when
pierced through with knife.
Drain water, add butter, milk and salt and mix with hand
mixer until smooth.
Failed to snap pics of finished, yummy, creamy, huge POT-FULL of Mashed Potatoes!
